How We Started

​Opixo was born from the need for a modern, intuitive property management solution that simplifies the complexities of local real estate. Our goal at Arise Web Studio was to help property owners and agencies in regions like Pondicherry, Chennai, and Coimbatore manage their portfolios with a visually clean, high-performance interface that builds immediate trust with potential tenants and buyers.

Research & Wireframing

​We began by analyzing the specific workflows of real estate professionals. This research led to a dashboard-centric layout featuring bold typography, clear data visualization for "Total Sales" and "Total Property" metrics, and strategically placed call-to-action buttons designed to maximize lead conversion.

UI/UX Design

​The Opixo aesthetic is built on a "Soft Tech" philosophy. We moved away from dark themes in favor of a bright, airy color palette with vibrant orange accents to signify energy and action. Every element—from the soft rounded containers to the custom iconography—was designed to make complex management data feel approachable and professional.

Development & Testing

​Leveraging the power of the Framer CMS, we built a scalable system that allows for effortless updates to property listings. The platform is optimized for performance and full responsiveness, ensuring a flawless user experience across all devices, whether users are in the office or on-site.
