Accord Hotels & Resorts is a homegrown luxury hospitality brand with five signature properties across Chennai, Puducherry, Ooty, and Mahabalipuram. Guided by their ethos of “Service From The Heart,” they needed a website that could showcase each destination while making it effortless for guests to explore and book.
The Objective
To design a unified digital home for the entire Accord portfolio — one that lets each hotel and resort express its own character, yet feels cohesive under a single premium brand. The experience had to put rooms, dining, events, and offers within easy reach and drive direct bookings.
The Challenge
Balancing five distinct properties — from a metropolitan city hotel to a hillside retreat and a beachside palace — meant creating a flexible system that avoided visual clutter. Guests needed to move seamlessly between destinations without losing the sense of luxury and warmth that defines Accord.
The Outcome
The result is an elegant, image-led website that carries Accord’s refined gold-and-ivory identity across every property page. Streamlined navigation and a prominent booking flow now guide guests from inspiration to reservation, strengthening the group’s direct presence across South India.
